Bubba's Grub... formerly Big Al's Snack Shack is NOW OPEN!!! (at the tracks on Norwich in Woodstock)

I know more than one person in the neighborhood has been eagerly waiting for Big Al's Snack Shack to re-open. News came down the grapevine that it had, so I bicycled over today for some fresh-cut fries.

Well, it's open, but it's not Big Al's anymore. There's new owners, and it's called Bubba's Grub! Don't worry though... they've still got fresh-cut fries!!!

The new owners were very nice and took a moment to shake my hand and say hi. Decor is still being changed over, but they're open and the food is great! (I had the Newfie Poutine).

Hours are Mon to Wed & Sat 11-7, Th & Fri 11-8, and Sunday they're closed. They did note that the store hours are under development though.

It's cash only for now, but Visa & Debit are coming (which is awesome, because, if you're like me, you hardly carry cash anymore :-)
